Below are some questions that we commonly get in all four departments.
| A: | Our shop is located on the northwest corner of Tylersville Rd. & I-75 in West Chester, Ohio. We sit next to Tire Discounters & in front of Meijer.

| A: | Our hours change with the seasons. Currently we are open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm & Sunday 10:00am to 6:00pm.

| A: | Yes! Nursery stock (trees & shrubs) are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Should a plant die within the first year, we will replace it up to the original purchase price. Sale items & end of year discounted plants are generally not guaranteed. Rose bushes, perennials, annuals, and sod also carry no warranty.

| A: | Delivery for Garden Store goods starts at $30. This includes one tree and anything else we can fit on a single truckload. Additional trees are $10 each. Planting of trees is two thirds the cost of the tree, with a minimum of $75 per job. No delivery charges apply when we plant the trees. Planting of bushes will be quoted on an individual basis.

| A: | Unfortunatley we are not able to provide this service at this time. We will, however, be more than happy to meet with you in the store for a one-on-one consultation. Please bring photos and a sketch with measurements of the area(s) you would like help with. Call to set up an appointment.
We also offer complete design & installation of residential landscapes. For this service, we would be happy to meet you at your house.

| A: | Our landscape designers focus on plans where we do also do the installation. If time permits, they will accommodate plan only requests. Plans range from $50-$150 and include gift certificates to be used for plant material at our Garden Store.

| A: | Certain varieties of cut flowers last longer than others. Carnations, for example, can remain vibrant for long periods. Roses have a shorter vase life, but are prized for their special and delicate beauty. When buying flowers, be sure to ask your florist how long you should expect your arrangement to last. Whatever variety you choose, a little TLC will go a long way to keep your blooms looking fresh longer. Here are a few handy tips that can help add days to their beauty!

| A: | Keep them in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit; 18 to 22 degrees Celsius), away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, direct drafts from a ceiling fan, and the tops of televisions or radiators. (Appliances like televisions give off heat, causing flowers to dehydrate.)

| A: | Keep the floral foam soaked in water containing floral food provided by your florist. Be sure to follow the directions on the package.

If the solution becomes cloudy, replace it entirely. If possible, recut the stems by removing one to two inches with a sharp knife.
Remove leaves that will be below the waterline. Leaves in water will promote bacterial growth that can harm the flowers.

| A: | Cut the stem with sharp pruning shears. Place in warm water containing fresh floral food to promote flower opening.

| A: | Floral food is a combination of additives that help to nourish the flowers and discourage bacteria from growing in the water. It is one of the best—and easiest—ways to extend the life of your flowers. It is very important to follow the directions on the package correctly. Improperly mixed floral food can do more harm than good.

| A: | Regular Delivery: Order taken by 11:00am will be delivered in our normal delivery area on the same day for $9.99. Orders taken after 11:00am will be scheduled for the following day. Our delivery area consists of all zip codes beginning with 452, as well as 45069, 45040, 45044, and 45011.
Sunday Deliveries: Sunday deliveries are limited to funeral homes only.
Out of Town Deliveries: Deliveries outside of our normal delivery area, can be taken for delivery anywhere in the US or Canada for a regular delivery charge of $9.99 plus a service fee of $8.99.
Orders must reach us by 12 noon (in the recipient’s time zone) on the day of the delivery for delivery that same day.

| A: | We will make every effort to deliver your package to the recipient on the day it is scheduled. In the event the recipient is not home we will do one of the following things. Leave the package in a secure covered area. Leave the package with a neighbor. Take the delivery back to the store for pick up or re-delivery. Whatever we do, we always leave a note on the front door stating that we were there & what we have done with the arrangement.

| A: | Rental charges are based upon the length of time the equipment is on rent. This can be our minimum of 4 hours, daily, weekly or monthly.
Daily rentals are 24 hours. Any overnight rentals are charged the daily rate.
All equipment with hour meters have rental rates that includes 8 hours of running time in a 24 hour period. Any meter time over 8 hours will be prorated accordingly.
1 Day Rental- 24 hours with 8 hours of running time
1 Week Rental- 7 days with 40 hours of running time
1 Month Rental- 28 days with 160 hours of running time

| A: | Payment is due up front at time of pick up. Customer must have valid state I.D. and credit card for rental transaction. We accept MasterCard & Visa.
If a reservation is made for a party, we require a deposit of 50% of the rental to hold. The remaining balance would be due before pick up or delivery. If cancellation is not made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick up or delivery time, deposits will be forfeited.

| A: | We only offer delivery of full day rentals for equipment. In most cases, a 24 hour notice is needed for delivery. Equipment deliveries are charged $20, which includes both delivery & pick up.
Delivery charges for party rentals vary.
Tents and bouncers delivered to zip codes 45069, 45040, 45044, and 45011 are delivered and set up for free. Delivery charges outside this area range from $50 - $100. Please call for details.
Tables and chairs are delivered at a cost of $40. This includes unloading and stacking at the back of the truck. Special delivery options may be available at an additional charge. Special deliveries may include carrying tables & chairs into a house or building, drop off or pick up after normal business hours, etc.
Set up and take down of tables & chairs is also available. Chairs are charged $0.50 each way for set up & take down, while tables are $1.00 each. The normal $40 delivery charge still applies.
